Jester (“the Bot”) is a Discord bot designed to enhance the ConfinedMC server experience. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we safeguard it.

Information We Collect:

The Bot does not collect, store, or process any sensitive data such as email addresses, passwords, or payment information. All sensitive information (such as account authentication and payment data) is handled solely by Discord.

The only information the Bot collects and stores is:

1. Minecraft In-Game Name (IGN)
2. Minecraft Universally Unique IDentifier (UUID)
3. Date of Subscription and subsequent Renewals

How We Use Your Information

The Minecraft IGN and UUID are used exclusively for:

  1. Identifying your Minecraft account within the Bot’s features.
  2. Providing services that link your Discord account to your Minecraft identity.
  3. We do not sell, share, or disclose this information to any third parties.

Data Storage & Security

Data is stored securely on our servers. Only ConfinedMC’s administrators have access to the stored information. We take reasonable measures to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of your data.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your Minecraft In-Game Name and UUID are retained as long as you have an active Subscription with the Bot You can request data deletion at any time by contacting the Bot’s administrators. Upon request, we will delete your data permanently from our systems and cancel your Subscription.

Third-Party Services

The Bot does not integrate with third-party services for data storage or processing. All sensitive information (authentication, billing, etc.) is managed by Discord.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any significant changes will be announced via the Bot’s support server or official communication channels.
